OPERATING INSTRUCTION:
1. Pour the ODS Solve Removal Agent into the hot water
2. Use 4 liters of water to dissolve 100g of the ODS Solve Removal Agent
3. If necessary, warm the bath or use an ultrasonic cleaner
4. The dissolution process lasts from 0.5 to 9 hours (depending on the amount of dissolved support material and the geometry of the model)
5. In order to shorten the dissolution time of the supports, tear off a part of the structure using appropriate tools
6. After the support material has completely dissolved, remove the model from the tank
7. Rinse the model under running water to remove any remaining detergent
8. Leave the model to dry completely
Warning!
Always use protective gloves when using the ODS Solve Removal Agent. When dissolving the support material, pay attention to the softening point of the model material to avoid deformation, the dissolution temperature must be 20 – 30°C lower than the softening point.
