EU PROJECT FUNDING
Go To Brand EXPO Dubai

Project No. POIR.03.03.03-30-0028/21 is co-financed by the European Funds under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014–2020, Priority Axis 3 “Support for innovation in enterprises,” Measure 3.3 “Support for the promotion and internationalisation of innovative enterprises,” Sub-measure 3.3.3 “Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands – GO TO BRAND (POIR).”
Project objective: to promote Omni3D products in the Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates), in line with Omni3D’s long-term export and business development strategy.
Expected outcomes: as a result of the Project, the Company expects to acquire new contractors and establish long-term business relationships. This will translate into increased revenues from export activities (sales revenue in the indicated market is expected to reach PLN 360,000.00 by the end of 2023). The Project will also increase recognition of the industrial 3D printers offered under the Omni3D brand in the Gulf countries, which will contribute to greater recognition of the Polish Economy Brand.
Project value: PLN 122,600.00
EU co-financing: PLN 91,950.00

Project PRO

Project objective: to create a 3D printer for high-temperature printing in FFF technology, dedicated to industrial applications. The device will feature a large build volume, an integrated drying chamber, and automatic filament feeding.
Planned results:
The PRO printer will offer a fast and precise production process, leading to a significant reduction in time and costs for low-volume manufacturing and prototyping. The final product will feature an ergonomic design and dedicated control software to ensure intuitive operation. The device will be used in production plants and laboratories, supporting the manufacture of parts from advanced engineering materials. Thanks to its advanced technology, PRO will become a key tool in the aerospace, space, automotive, and other industries requiring high-temperature polymers.
Project value: PLN 1,000,000
European Funds contribution: PLN 800,000
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014–2020. The project is implemented under the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) competition: Measure 1.3 “R&D works financed with the participation of equity funds,” Sub-measure 1.3.1 “Support for R&D projects at the pre-seed stage by proof-of-concept funds – BridgeAlfa.”
Re_Open UK

Project objective: In line with the Re_Open UK Programme, Omni3D will undertake activities whose effect will be to counteract the negative consequences of the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU that have affected the company. The project provides for establishing new business contacts with potential foreign partners through participation in industry trade fairs in the United Kingdom and in business missions aimed at opening Omni3D to Asian markets. The project plans outbound missions to Singapore, Japan, and Korea.

Hybrid 3D Printing Using Extrusion of Polymer and Metal Materials

Advanced additive technologies not only enable convenient production of customised items, but also open up new possibilities for integrating electrical devices into the structure of products. Today’s challenges include multi-material processing, process quality control, reliability, and efficiency.
The main objective of the Pompey project is to develop a hybrid manufacturing device capable of producing polymer parts in FFF technology and extruding low-melting metal alloys. High product quality will be ensured by analysing data collected by an innovative sensor system.
The end results will include new as well as refurbished products, such as printed circuit boards and electronic devices. The project participants also take into account environmental aspects such as material and energy savings and the promotion of a circular-economy approach. The project will strengthen the participants’ position in the industry and expand their reach into new sectors.
Project value: PLN 1,767,689.00
National co-financing: PLN 1,358,282.18
Work completed
11/2022 – As part of the work toward creating a hybrid printing system, an analysis was carried out on the feasibility of using slicer-type software to generate executable G-code files that enable alternating printing with polymer and metal.
