Omni3D Establishes U.S. Headquarters in Alexandria, VA, Signs Build Momentum for Defense Vertical, and Announces Channel Expansion Ahead of IMTS 2026
Omni3D Sp. z o.o., an ISO 9001:2015-certified European OEM holding NATO supplier status (NCAGE 9BT1H, AQAP 2110), has officially opened its U.S. headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. The expansion establishes stateside technical support, local spare parts inventory, and direct application engineering to assist North American manufacturers in replacing heavy metal tooling with high-performance polymer additive systems.
To serve U.S. defense agencies and Tier-1 prime contractors, Omni3D has executed a national distribution agreement with Build Momentum. Based in Arlington, Virginia, Build Momentum will lead sales, service, and defense procurement for Omni3D’s NATO-listed polymer and metal additive ecosystems. Located adjacent to the Pentagon, Build Momentum provides immediate field deployment, compliance management, and direct integration for federal manufacturing operations.
As part of its North American growth strategy, Omni3D is actively seeking qualified distribution partners and value-added resellers (VARs) to expand its commercial industrial channel across regional manufacturing hubs.

Omni3D’s 220°C actively heated chamber mitigates Z-axis anisotropic limitations, maintaining vertical tensile retention above 80% of XY performance. For tight-tolerance sealing interfaces, as-printed surface roughness (Ra≈12.5μm) requires post-processing CNC touch-ups or secondary thermal annealing cycles for full material crystallization.
Live Industrial Showcase at IMTS 2026
Omni3D and Build Momentum will demonstrate their dual-series industrial hardware at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in Chicago, September 14–19, 2026, located in the South Building – Level 3, Booth 338591.
The showcase will feature live operational demonstrations of:

- Defense & Tactical Ecosystem: Live demonstrations of field-deployable additive logistics, including the 20-foot containerized Tactical Fabrication Unit (TFU20), metal LPBF platforms (OmniM150/OmniM280), and combat-tested 3D-printed UAV structures.
