3D printing in heavy industry is primarily the production of tools for production lines. Among them are, among others, precisely adapted to the needs of a given line, grippers and positioning elements that significantly optimize all work. Instrumentation printed in 3D does not require further processing, e.g. grinding or polishing. Importantly, in 3D printing, creating individual elements takes little time and allows you to produce individual elements at a low price.
3D printing is also an opportunity to create a production line tailored to a product that does not yet exist. Thanks to the prototype implemented in 3D, we can adjust the production lines, verify the dimensions and make corrections to the design - even before starting production.
Among the 3D filaments used are those that have high temperature resistance (PC-ABS-47), but also dispersing electrostatic charges (PET-G-32-ESD). Two heads in an industrial 3D printer Factory 2.0 Production System is a solution that allows you to create the most complex shapes using the main and supporting material.
